With our Unite Scholars Program, our mission is to cultivate brilliant, hardworking, and trusted young professionals who not only exceed expectations but also deliver innovative solutions to their employers and future enterprises. At the core of our work is a commitment to self-sufficiency, integrity, creativity, and leadership.
This summer, 21 of our Unite Scholars graduated from universities across Tanzania; 25 successfully completed another year of their university studies; and 16 graduated from Form 6 (A Levels) and will begin their university studies in November. Today, every one of these scholars is either employed full-time with respected companies and organizations across Tanzania; participating in discipline-specific field work; or engaged in internships that provide vital professional experience and hands-on training.
In a region where jobs are scarce and competition is fierce, this is no small feat. We are overjoyed and immensely proud—not only of our scholars, who continue to perform in excellence, but also of our dedicated team, whose tireless efforts have forged key introductions and partnerships.
