The RT Reverend Frederick Chingwaba   Reverend Chingwaba is currently serving as Bishop of The Evangelical Anglican Church of Tanzania at the Eastern Zone, which includes the five districts of Dodoma, Morogoro, Coastal Region, Dar Es Salaam, and Ruvuma. He also serves as Assistant General Secretary of the Evangelical Anglican Church of Tanzania. Frederick has been a trusted friend and colleague of Unite since 2009 and together we are working to serve women with microloans, grants and business education programs and children through the provision of school fees. Frederick studied at Eden Seminary in St. Louis, MO, in 2009, and currently lives in Morogoro.

 Antujaelly "Anty" Marche  Anty is a Tanzanian woman now living and working in the United States with her husband and daughter. Her life-long passion for helping needy women and children across the world fueled her work over the years with such organizations as OXFAM Tanzania, Catholic Relief Services Tanzania, USAID Tanzania, and now CIRI (Connecticut International Refugees and Immigrants), ITI (Interpreters and Translators Inc), University of Pennsylvania's SIREN Project and many others. With Unite, Anty is working to involve the Tanzanian Diaspora with our work as well as to help grow our Unite Scholars program across East Africa. Her expertise working with Americans and Africans from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds serves Unite in countless ways. Anty received her BS from Northeastern University and her Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
